FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I customize the package?
— Yes! Our event specialist will help you create a package that will best meet your needs (from extending service time, through fun add-ons). Do you have an unusual request or a creative idea?
Do you charge for delivery?
— Under 25 milages, it's free. Over 25 milages please contact us for pricing (we delivery from 60626).
What types of payment do you except?
— We except credit, debit or cash.
Do you have liability insurance?
— Yes, we do. Let us know if your venue needs to be added as additional insured for your event.
Will there be an on-site Photo Pro (assistant)?
— Yes. Our Photo Pro will set up the Photo Booth, assist your guests, and make sure everyone has an amazing experience.
What does unlimited session mean?
— It means that you and your guest can take as many photos you want (for events up to 200 guests). For every additional 100 guests there a $50 charge.
How long does it take to set up the Photo Booth?
— I takes between an hour to one and a half hours for set up and one hour for breakdown.
How much space do you need for the Photo Booth?
— The Photo Booth needs a minimum of 8x8 feet.
Are there any special power requirements to run the booth?
— All that is required is access to one standard 110V outlet within 30 ft of the booth.
What is an Open Air Booth?
— Simply put, it's a Photo Booth without an enclosure. It consists of an open backdrop (we have several options available), photo booth shell (this holds the camera and all the electronics in a neat whit "box"), and a printer stand. Additionally we provide a 6ft table full of fun props and a cocktail table for your guests to put their drinks while taking pictures.
What is the difference between Social Media to Prints
Do you provide customized photo strip?
— Yes, our photo booth specialist will personalize the photo strip to your desire.
Do you provide props?
— Yes. We provide funny hats, glasses, sings, and boas. We display the props on a 6ft table that we provide with a white or black spandex cover. We match the props to the type of event. All our props are cleaned and sanitized after each event!
Does the picture come in high resolution?
— We use a high resolution DSL __ camera with a professional ring flash that created high quality pictures
Will I be able to see all the photos after the end of my event?
— Yes. You will receive a flash drive with all the photos at the end of your event for you to enjoy until the online gallery is ready to view.
What is an online gallery?
— We create an online gallery that has all the photos taken at the Photo Booth at your event, within 3 business days after your event. We provide you with a unique password to access your gallery. You can then decide to share them with your family, friends, and guests.
What is a green screen?
Do you make costume backdrops?
— We work with a few companies that costume design backdrops. We can assist you with the design and the ordering of the backdrop. Call for pricing.
